Possessing MBA in Information Technology Management and BSc in Electrical Engineering, he is currently an owner of a renowned technology Company, DC/DR and infrastructure development, which has multiple projects both in Ethiopia and abroad..

Eng. Meried has been the Founding member of the Bank. He is now serving the Bank as member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors Operation and Strategy Committee.
